4. Are there any charges for returns?

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit . Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Can I exchange for a different size or product?

Yes, exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (excluding shipping and COD charges).
